Андрей Икономов - председател на V отделение към ВАС, председателствани от него съдебни състави отменят ЗМ "Камчийски пясъци" и ЗМ "Ботаническа градина - Свети Константин и Елена", като с това позволява дивата и реституция и унищожение. На 29 юни 2007 г. Същият този човек, нарушавайки законите и затваряйки очите си пред истината, заличи най-голямата защитена територия - природен парк "Странджа" и по този начин намали площта на защитените територии до мизерните 4%. А.Икономов ясно показва, че висшата съдебна власт не се управлява от законите на България, а от финикийските знаци.
През април 2010 г. Икономов, в далавера с "Витоша ски" даде благословията си за унищожаването на 1000 декара от Природен парк Витоша.
Въпреки позицията с на върховен съдия, Икономов е ползвал някои помощи за социално слаби, например право на строеж за майка му на първа линия в Приморско.


(en) Andrey Ikonomov - Chairman of the Fifth Division of the Supreme Administrative Court. Court panels chaired by him stripped Kamchia Sands Protected Area and Botanical Garden of St. Constantine and Elena Protected Area of their protected status, allowing their destruction. In the same way on June 29, 2007 Ikonomov stripped the protection status from the country's largest protected territory - Strandja Nature Park. He is an excellent example of the corruption in the Bulgarian judicial system.

Richtergremien unter seiner Leitung entscheiden gegen den Schutzstatus vom Schutzgebiet "Kamchiiski Piasuzi" und vom Schutzgebiet "Botanischer Garten - St. Konstantin i Elena". Das gewahrleistet die unkontrolierte Privatisierung und Zerstorung dieser Schutzgebieten. Am 29. Juni 2007 uberschreitet derselbe jeden Gesetz und schliesst seine Augen vor der Wahrheit, um das grosste Naturschutzgebiet Bulgariens nichtig zu erklaren - Naturpark Strandzha. Damit hat er die Gesamtflache der Schutzgebieten bis zu den miserablen 4% der Flache Bulgariens reduziert. Ikonomov zeigt damit eindeutig, dass die hohen Justizinstanzen nicht den Gesetzen Bulgariens, sondern den Geldscheinen nachgehen.

(it) Andrej Ikonomov - il giudice della quinta giuria della Corta suprema amministrativa, il quale annulla la protezione dell'area „Sabbie di Kamčia“ e del giardino botanico a „San Constantino e Elena“ e praticamente permette la loro rovina. Il 29 giugno 2007 Ikonomov annulla la protezione del parco più grande del paese: il parco naturale Strandža. È un esempio perfetto per la corruzione tra i magistrati bulgari, che dimostra che la corte suprema non si governa dalla legge, ma dal denaro.

(es) Andrei Ikonomov - presidente del quinto departamento del Tribunal supremo administrativo, el que anula la protección de las áreas “Arenas de Kamchia” y “Jardín botánico – San Constantin y Elena”, así dejándolas a loca restitución y destrucción. El 29 junio 2007, ese mismo hombre, infringiendo la ley y cerrando los ojos, borró el área protegido más extenso – el parque nacional de Strandzha y así redujo la extensión de las áreas protegidas a los desgraciados 4%. A. Ikonomov muestra claramente que el poder judicial supremo no se gobierna por los leyes búlgaros, sino por la ley corrupta del dinero.

Im aceleasi fel in iunie 2007 a remis statutul de zona protejata celui mai mare teritoriu protejat din Bulgaria, Parcul Natural Strandja. El exemplu excelent al coruptiei din sistemul judiciar din Bulgaria.
